Xi Tau GAP Chapter

Prior to March 2016, Florida’s GAP culture included an established central Florida chapter based in the Orlando region. With encouragement and leadership from Soror Ashley Croft - Sorors Denise Bhoop-Burgos, Shari Roberts, Nichole O’Neil, and Taina Hernandez were presented the idea of establishing a local chapter that would service the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. The Tampa Bay GAP Colony of Theta Nu Xi was officially recognized by the national organization on March 15, 2016. With the affirmation from the national organization, the colony began to move forward with initiatives highlighting the 5 tenets: Sisterhood, Service, Scholarship, Leadership and Multiculturalism. The colony’s ‘Fab Five’ quickly and diligently were able to demonstrate excellence in upholding our organization’s core values and within four swift months the Tampa Bay GAP Colony became the Xi Tau GAP Chapter on July 1, 2016!
